About Risk & Needs
Risk & Needs Assessment, Inc. was established in 1982 with the goal to provide the best empirically based standardized assessment instruments available.
We develop, research, standardize and contract automated (computer scored) tests throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, etc. Risk & Needs limits the use of its tests to residents of countries that are members of the Berne Convention, Universal Copyright. These tests are designed by licensed psychologists for specific assessment purposes and are standardized on the population they are designed to assess.
Risk & Needs' mission is to develop and contract superior tests that meet and exceed professional test standards. We are committed to provide tests that are relevant, valid, reliable, accurate and affordable.
By merging the latest psychometrics with computer technology, Risk & Needs tests objectively gather vast amounts of information, identify client problems and match problem severity with recommended treatment intensity.
There is a need for tests that can be relied upon to give evaluators information that will accurately assess their clients quickly in an easily understandable format.
Risk & Needs has developed a diversified menu of over 40 valid assessment instruments.
